This message typically appears when the phone has a low or bad connection to its mobile network for data usage or the GolfLogix application is trying to open while on a phone call. Some providers don’t let voice and data be active at the same time and voice generally takes priority over data.

The following are a few things you can look for to make sure you are connected to the mobile networks data signal.
